All UK Mainland deliveries placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day for next day delivery.
All shipments are sent out on a next day service. Although this can not be guaranteed our statistics show a 99% success rate.
Orders placed after 2pm Friday or on a weekend will be sent out Monday (excluding bank holidays).
If your order is over £50.00 then UK Mainland delivery is free. Just select the free delivery option in your basket.

Please note that the following postcodes are a two day service AB26-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, HS1-9, All IV postcodes, KA27-28, KW1-14. KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH42-44 and ZE1-3 and the Highlands and Islands carriage charge must be selected. We are sorry but these are restrictions and pricing imposed on us from our carrier and are out of hands.

Returns
Items not required
If you are not happy for whatever reason with your purchase within 60 days please email us quoting your order number and the reason for the return and we will assign you a returns number.
Then return the item in its original unopened condition and at your cost including packaging. You will have to arrange the return of the goods yourself and track them using a reputable carrier.
Once we have received and inspected the goods we will issue a full refund of the sales price should all the conditions of return be met.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on custom length bandsaw blades as once these are made to your specific requirements we can not reuse this material. If you need any help in ordering these products please give us a call as we are more than happy to make sure you receive the exact product you require.
Faulty, Incorrectly Supplied or Damaged Items - 14 Days to Return
If we have supplied an item incorrectly, or if it is damaged when received or is faulty when received you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt at info@tool-wise.com quoting your original order number.
We will arrange the uplift of the goods. Should we, after inspection of said items be satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or arrange a refund of the full value of the goods and any carriage costs incurred.
It is advisable to inspect the goods prior to signing for delivery. If you can see any damage whatsoever to the packaging sign for the goods as damaged. If this is not possible please ensure you sign for the goods unexamined to allow us to take any claims up with our delivery partners if necessary.
